At Create The Culture, each item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. This allows us to provide you with unique, custom pieces tailored specifically for you. Because of this, our production time is longer than typical ready-to-ship items.

Production Time:

• All orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to produce before they are ready to ship.
• Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or for complex custom orders, which may take longer.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
• A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order is completed and ready to ship.

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed in the order they are received. We do our best to prioritize urgent requests, but production time remains the same due to the handcrafted nature of our items.
